I ended up needing to exchange mine for a different size, and overall the whole thing was smooth. It wasn’t exactly lightning fast, and I did feel like it took a little longer than I was hoping to get the replacement pair sent out, but it also wasn’t a huge hassle or anything. Customer service did respond when I reached out, which I appreciated, and the steps for the exchange were clear enough that I wasn’t left guessing what to do next. In the end, I got the right size and I’m happy with how it turned out.

I mean, the shoes are really cute and they look great on, but… the quality feels kind of just okay. After only a few wears, I noticed some of the stitching coming loose, which was a little disappointing.

I wore these all day at work and somehow my feet didn’t hurt at all. i’m a little suspicious because shoes are never this comfortable right away. Like, what do they know that my other shoes don’t? Either way, I’m not complaining

The stitching feels really solid and the leather looks great in person. i’m kind of annoyed at myself for not getting this sooner because it seems way better made than some of the other stuff I wasted money on...

I got my refund in two days, which was nice and quicker than I was thinking it would be. So yeah, that part went good for me.

But I had a feeling the material might not hold up super well, and sure enough, they started scuffing way faster than I hoped. I still like how they look, but the quick wear definitely confirmed what I was already worried about.

I ordered a pair from larroude.com i was kinda surprised by how much arch support they had. My feet are flat, so I can tell quick when a shoe is just way too flat. The first time wearing them, they felt a little stiff around the middle, but after a couple days they loosened up and felt way better. I was able to walk around longer than I thought without my feet getting sore. I probably wouldn’t wear them for standing all day, at least not for me, but they’re definitely more comfy than most of my cute shoes. I’d give them 4 stars...
